Terranoire..a world that's seen the coming of the Apocalypse..and survived....barely.
This world, once abundant with life, crumbled under the weight of the Mage Wars. The lost souls that survived now try to come to terms with what has become of their Utopia. The wars left scars on the lands as a painful reminder of what happened when two cultures refused to unite, colliding in a spectacle of fire and brimstone.
But through the burning wastelands, across the tainted oceans, life renews. The first outpost of civilization was Acacia, but other cities finally are beginning to rebuild. In a world that still smolders... survival is the name of the game.

Terranoire is a fantasy free form role play game played mostly on message board. It is not based on dice or points but rather on the art of storytelling and therefore has guidelines unique to this game.
Terranoire’s rules were specifically designed to….
- Have boundaries without hindering creativity,
- Limit modern weapons without being medieval, and..
- Forbid powergaming and slash & hack RP style which is close-minded to your fellow writers
